Receiving Your Order
All orders must be signed. Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.

What if no one is available to sign for the delivery?
If you are not home to accept delivery our couriers will leave an attempted delivery slip behind. Different couriers will manage the subsequent delivery differently. It will usually be in the following depending on the courier used:
- Arrange re-delivery of order within 7 working days
- Only 2 re-delivery attempts will be made
